Book Review: The Clocks by Agatha Christie

Again?  This woman is reading Agatha Christie again?
Yep–I am–that is, I did.  The Clocks is a happy little . . .

page turner—only 276 pages and you don’t know who murdered
Mr. Curry –and even though I’ve read this book about three times
before, I didn’t remember who murdered Mr. Curry.

If you don’t want a happy little mystery with very good character
drawings–don’t choose this book to cheer yourself up for a few evenings.

But whether you do or not, I’ll give it a snappy two button rating.  I guess
2 buttons would indicate a book that’s not on every Good Reading list,
but a fine little entertaining book.

Love those buttons! They almost look like earrings! And they have “period charm”…. perfect for a Christie.

Hi Booksilver–yes, these are nice old buttons. “Some”
two button books probably won’t deserve such fine specimens . . .
